The Nu-Phi Chapter of Kappa Sigma was founded at Northeastern State University on May 15, 1993. Since then we have committed ourseves to achieving the highest standards possible.

Our mission as Nu-Phi Chapter of Kappa Sigma is one of service. We are a service oriented organization. We devote our time to better our community and help those in need.

Our faith in God is evident in our standards. We know that our ritual binds us as brothers. This bond is enveloped by a trust in our brothers who have made it their obligation to be honorable members of such a strong brotherhood as Kappa Sigma.

We will commit ourselves to high academic achievement. Academics are the foundation of success. We are successful men who are devoted to personal development. We seek men from many different backgrounds who strive for a common goal. They are leaders on campus as well as in the community. They have the desire to become gentlemen, friends, and better brothers.

The commitment to the Fraternity does not end upon graduation, for Kappa Sigma is a lifetime commitment. Love, honor, and respect will bind us as brothers for life.
